Included in the Scope of Work is a chiller replacement, domestic water heating boilers, space hot water heating boilers, and new laundry facilities.  The chiller replaces a 1970 vintage centrifugal chiller with a new high efficiency screw chiller.  The domestic water and space heating hot water boilers of 95% efficiency replace a degraded steam heating system.  The overall cost of this project is $1.2 million.

The project scope consists of renovating and upgrading existing mechanical and plumbing equipment at a 400-bed hospital facility (330,000 SF) located in Phoenix, AZ.
