Project Description 

The project scope included Field Survey of “as-built” properties of the HVAC systems for a 60,000 SF Office Building. 

 A computer generated cooling load calculation was performed on a room-by-room basis to compare installed air conditioning equipment and air distribution with the calculated cooling loads.  

Construction Documents for required modifications were prepared for Construction Bids.

The final work scope included ductwork modifications, installation of a DDC control system, Test and Air Balancing, and Commissioning. Construction cost bids place this project at $120,000.
